Terms and Conditions

We’re delighted that you’re considering our children’s entertainment company for your child’s event! To ensure your peace of mind, we’ve created the following terms and conditions:
  • – To secure your booking with our children’s entertainment company, a non-refundable deposit of €50 must be paid in advance.
  • – The balance payment of €200 must be paid no later than one week prior to the event date. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the booking.
  • Any additional children costs must be paid on the day of the event.
  • If you need to reschedule your booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if the request is made within one week of the event date, we may not be able to reschedule.
  • – In the event of cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than one week prior to the event may result in full payment being retained. We will work with you to reschedule a booking should you need to change the date outside the 7 day period.
  • – We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or illness. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date if this is the case.
  • Liability – While we take all necessary precaution to ensure the safety of our clients, we cannot be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the event.
  • Client Conduct – The client and their guests are expected to behave appropriately during the event. We reserve the right to terminate the event if we feel that the behavior of the client or their guests is inappropriate or unsafe.
  • Photography and Video – We may take photographs and video during the event for promotional purposes. We will not show any children’s face and will block their faces out.
  • – All of our products are FDA approved and non-toxic, ensuring the safety of your child and their guests.
  • We advise clients to read over the package you have chosen and the information you have provided so that you know exactly what to expect on the day.
  • – By booking our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
The contract is between the client and the individual entertainer. Little Laughs s is a booking agent. There must be an adult in the room at all times! Little Laughs cannot accept responsibility if a family member/guest harms his/herself or others during the party. We do not punish or discipline children. If a child is misbehaving it is up to the client and other adults present to talk to that that child. To avoid disruption and ensure maximum enjoyment for all involved, we ask that an adult remains in sight and sound of the party at all times. Children under three should be attended at all times. Many of our entertainers work in a professional capacity with children who experience learning difficulties. Should your child or guests have additional needs or behavioural difficulties please do not hesitate to discuss this with us when you make your booking. This way the most suitable entertainer can be allocated to your booking, and can be made aware of any special requests or requirements.

Little Laughs uses the following products in our parties: Snazaroo face paint, Grimas face paint, Diamond FX, Global face paint, Cameleon face paint, Cosmic face glitter and gems. Please note that while these products are designed specifically for use with children. Please inform the entertainer if any of the children attending the party have unusual reactions to any of the products above. The entertainer will not be able to engage all of the children while she is face painting. Face painting can take roughly 30minutes for 15 children. The entertainer will work in whatever space is available. However, the clearer the room, the wider her choice of games and dancing will be. The entertainer should be provided with a table for face painting, and a plug socket for the sound system. If you choose to give the party food while the entertainer is there, the best time for this is at the end when the entertainer is doing the glitter tattoos. We advise that parents introduce the entertainer to the birthday child when she arrives to ensure special attention is given. Once we have confirmed your booking the entertainer will be in touch with you via the week of the party. Please make us aware if you have not heard from the entertainer the day before the event and we will follow it up for you.
